JUST FUKKING LOL @ borrowing $45k interest free from your parents. Most people don't have that option, you potato. Acting like you are some success because you leached off your parents, plz go. No, you didn't do it "with your own cash" you fukking idiot, you just said a couple sentences up that you are doing it with daddy's money.
You probably think I'm "mad" because I'm jealous. No, I just hate when idiots that get everything handed to them in life think they are qualified to give advice to other people that have to make things happen for themselves
I am planning on buying a rental property soon, but unlike your dumbazz, I'm doing it with money that I earned and getting financing from sources that are actually available to normal people (the bank). Not letting mommy and daddy carry me and then acting like I did everythingLast edited by DrunkPanda18; 03-08-2017 at 06:48 AM.

i must say it sure feels good not having to pay interest on a 45k loan!
LOL @ your broke parents
feels good to know my kids will have their lives set from the moment they are born
so if my parents loaned me 45k and my net worth is over a .25M where did i get the other monies from?
its called working maybe you should try it out you may like it***Strong 2nd Reply Crew***

Yeah if you have investments in a non registered account and you receive dividends, you'll probably get a tax slip, I got a T5 from one of my accounts.

Sometimes random people approach me when I'm not at work and thank me for being so good with there children when they were sick.
