In the morning I eat a butter roll with a coffee. And then an hour later I go workout. When I come home I drink a protein shake , have a big bowl of white rice with either broc**** or green beans in it. And also mix it with either tuna or salmon. Then i later have something small like a pb&j. And the end of day I have another big bowl white rice with black beans, and then a protein shake. I currently weigh 154. Can be this be enough good to put on some weight. I wanna put on like 10'pounds within the next month and a half as long as it's not a ****ty 10 pounds.

If it leads to you being in a calorie surplus, then yes. I have no way of knowing that since you just listed some foods without any specific quantities.
FYI 10 pounds in 1-2 months is way too fast. 2-3lbs per month is more than enough.
