Ingredients
1- 3/4 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand)
2- 2 70cc scoops of ProMore Orange Cream Pop
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
5- 1/4 cup of dried Mandarin Orange slices cut up into tiny pieces (Trader Joe Brand)
6- 1 slice of dried sweeten orange cut up into small pieces and 1/2 slice for garnish (Trader Joe)
7- 1 bar of 72% dark cacao 1.65oz cut up into tiny pieces (Trader Joe Brand)
8- 1 banana mashed up into liquid in a separate bowl (used for texture not taste)
9- 2 egg whites
10- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
11- 2 tbs of liquid orange extract
12- 2 oz of unsweetened almond milk
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and combine thoroughly then
spoon the mixture into a 8in round baking pan that has been coated with nonstick spray
and place into a preheated 325 degree oven for about 25-28 min. When done remove and
let cool completely. You can either enjoy the cake like this or without frosting.
Frosting - In a bowl add 1 1/2 scoops of ProMore Orange Cream Pop and then add a few drops
of water and stir briskly until you get a thick spreadable consistency then spread it all over the
cake and then garnish with a few choc chips and 1/2 slice of the dried sweetened orange.

Ingredients
1- 3/4 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand)
2- 2 scoops of ProMore Snicker Doodle Cookie
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
5- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
6- 1/2 tsp of ginger powder
7- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg powder
8- 1/2 tsp of allspice
9- dash of cloves
10- 1/4 cup of chopped cranberries
11- 1/4 cup of roasted pistachios
12- 1 sweet potato peeled and cut up into small pieces and steamed in a pot until soft.
Place the steamed sweet potato in a bowl to cool then mash it up and this will be one of the
last ingredients to add to your mixture.
13- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
14- 1 tbs of liquid cinnamon extract
15- 2 egg whites
16- 3 oz of unsweetened almond milk
17- 1 tbs of Pumpkin Cookie butter or Cookie Butter added to the mixture after the mashed sweet potato
is added .
Mix all the dry then add the wet and mix thoroughly then spoon the batter into a 8in loaf pan that has
been coated with nonstick spray. Place the pan into 325 degree preheated oven for about 30-35 min.
Remove when done and let cool before wrapping in foil and placing it in the fridge overnight before slicing.

No need to be jealous cause here is the easy recipe so you can experience them.
Ingredients
1- 1 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand)

5- 1/4 cup of dried Mandarin Orange Slices (Trader Joe) cut up into tiny pieces
6- 1 tsp of ginger powder
7- 1/4 cup of Ginger Chips (The Ginger People Brand)
8- 1 banana mashed up in a separate bowl and added to the batter (this is for texture not flavor)
9- 2 tbs of liquid orange extract
10- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
11- 2 egg whites
12- 3 oz of unsweetened almond milk
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and combine thoroughly then pour the
batter inn to a 8-9 in long rectangular pan that has been coated with nonstick spray. Place the pan
into a 325 degree oven and bake for about 25 min. When done remove and let cook before removing
from the pan and placing the cake in the fridge overnight .
The next day remove the cake from the fridge and cut into squares then make the frosting.
In a bowl add two scoops of the orange cream pop protein and slowly add a few drops of
water and stir briskly until you get a thick spreadable texture. Spread some of the protein
frosting on each of the squares then garnish with toasted sesame seeds and a small piece
of a dried orange slice.

Ingredients
1- 3/4 cup of 1 min rolled oats
2- 1 scoop of ProMore Cinnamon
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
5- 1/2 of a Granny Smith apple cut into tiny pieces
6- 2 oz of unsweetened applesauce
7- 2 egg whites 1 whole egg
8- 1 tbs of liquid cinnamon extract
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and spoon the batter onto a preheated pan
that has been lightly coated with oil of choice and cook the pancakes on both sides then
plate and make the frosting.
Frosting - Add one scoop of the cinnamon protein to a bowl and add a few drops of water to
the powder and stir briskly until you get a frosting consistency then add a few more
drops to make it slightly thinner so you have it drizzle all over the stack of pancakes
and this will be your coating for the pancakes so no syrup is required.

Ingredients

2- 2 scoops of ProMore Cinnamon or Snicker Doodle protein
3-1 tsp of baking powder

5- 1 tbs of cinnamon powder

7- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
8- 1/4 tsp of allspice

9- 1/2 cup of dried golden raisins
10- 1/4 cup of toasted chopped walnuts
11- 5 tiny baby carrots peeled into the batter and any small pieces let just cut them up and add it.
12- 1 banana mashed into liquid in a separate bowl then add to the batter (used for texture not taste)
13- 1 4oz jar of carrot baby food
14- 1 tbs of either cinnamon liquid extract or vanilla
15- 2 egg whites
16- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
17- 2 oz of unsweetened almond milk
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and combine thoroughly then spoon the batter
into small glass baking dishes that have been coated with nonstick spray. I used 3 small round glass
baking dishes by Anchor. Place the dishes into a preheated 325 degree oven for about 25 min and when
done remove and let cool completely before placing them in the fridge overnight before frosting them.
Frosting- In a bowl add 1 1/2 scoop of the ProMore Cinnamon or Snicker Doodle protein an slowly add
a few drops of water and stir briskly until you get a spreadable texture. Spread the frosting
all over the cakes then garnish with a little piece of carrot and some toasted walnut pieces.

10- 2 oz of unsweetened almond milk
11- 1/4 cup of chopped toasted pecans
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and then add the wet and blend thoroughly. Spoon the
batter into a muffin pan that holds a dozen muffins and be sure to spray the pan with nonstick
spray before filling up with batter. Place the pan into a 325 degree preheated oven for about
20-23 min. When done remove and let cool completely before placing them in the fridge overnight
before frosting them.
Frosting- In a bowl add 2 70cc scoops of the Orange Cream Pop protein then add a few drops of
water and stir briskly until you get a spreadable consistency. Spread some of the frosting
on the top of each muffin and then garnish with a freeze dried raspberry and a chopped pecan.
