Eggs, if u can digest diary youghurt, sour cream, cheese, milk, CHICKEN WINGS, THIGHS (last 2 cheap as fk) ofc leave the skin on, salmon, pork meat, fatty beef cuts, butter, animal fat (here we fry down a lot of duck skin with the fat on, it turns into "chips" and leave a fkload of fat, we put it in a jar, than to the fridge. We use it to spread on bread or cook stuff on it.

Dude... eat 3 meals per day.
What foods did you used to like?
Eat things like cheese, whole eggs, no reduced-fat foods, olive oil, almond butter, dark chocolate, butter, fatty fish, fatty meats, etc.
It is not hard to get in fats. You just have to eat normally.Been playing with shafts and balls since '75.

IF Days .. which are non-gym days .. A shake in the morning, a shake at noon .. dinner is large bowl of salad with chicken/tuna .. GY with strawberries, protein fluff, PB and rice cake?, cereal, chocolate/ice cream, apple, huge serving of carrots, protein bar (yes, dinner is all of those in a space of 2 hours max)
gym days ... handful of nuts, salad with chicken/tuna, carrots, protein bar, apple .. finish work, go to the gym, then the above dinner (smaller portion) but without ice cream/chocolate and just a serving of cereal instead of 2 or 3 minimum...Instagram: Mos_Toorani

I got used to it in the morning ... coffee helps .. but i get a crash at noon time .. that's during IF days ..
On gym days, it's obviously slightly better as I eat nuts until lunch time and like 3 snacks until I hit the gym ... Hence lunch is a large salad and like 500 grams of carrots..Instagram: Mos_Toorani

Wow... I'd probably get fired from work if I ate like that... my brain would stop working...
I'm hungry when I wake up and need both carbs and fats to even feel ready to move.
Lately my go to breakfast is several servings of oats, PB or almond butter and a banana mixed in, plus a scoop of protein, plus blueberries... then I have two slices of toast with jam... some days it's enough, some days I need more.
I can't imagine just drinking some liquid and then heading out the door. Sometimes if I'm in a rush I have to and then I need to grab something near the office, and it sucks, because my office is about 45min from home
Believe me I am all too familiar with the urge to eat as little as possible until the evening. It's yet another defense mechanism against food and stems from the fear of over eating... another term for it is 'macro hoarding.' Basically you fear that, because you 'love food', you'll instinctively eat even normal amounts during the day and then overeat at night. It's a lack of trust.
The problem is that, along with All IF protocols, they make you less energized in the morning because the residual bloat from the huge meals is NOT the same as having energy... it's basically just training your gut to have huge capacity... which is why competitive eaters consume HUGE amounts of lettuce and water leading up to competitions. It's a confusing sensation because physically you might be full, but you want more anyway because nutrition-wise you're NOT fulfilled.Last edited by AdamWW; 03-30-2017 at 01:22 PM.

Wow...so much respect for your situation now, Mos. No wonder you're paranoid about every detail of recovery after losing so much weight. Gosh, I've only lost 20 KG and recovery has been difficult enough for me.
Our situations are similar though in that we're scared of returning to our pre-ED physiques...as opposed to some guys who feel they looked better back then and are consequently more motivated to recover. I was always small in appearance, but had a wider waist and carried a lot of flab on my body (especially lower body for some reason). Started getting an "A shape" and my clothes were tight. Now I'm real skinny and my parents are making me gain weight but it's difficult for me because I look better now than I ever did, even though it's not great by any means. My arms are more toned than they were and I have abs. I've always had the fear that gaining weight would bring me back to my old physique, but in reality that physique was created by a lifestyle of low activity and endless snacking on dessert foods. 3,000 calories/day of nutritious foods under my current activity isn't going to do that...I don't think. It's hard convincing myself and I'm sure you can relate. Still obsessed with channeling my surplus of calories toward muscle and not fat.
No sex drive whatsoever, a long past of "saving calories" for the evening, fear of going to bed hungry...I have all of the same issues, although the mental strain for your situation has to be so much more extreme. Hope the best for you and be encouraged, buddy! You've got this. Feel free to shoot me a PM too if there's anything you'd like to discuss and relate on.
