Thanks buddy! I'm determined to cut down to where I want to be while not beating myself up for it not going fast enough. I carry ALL my fat on my torso and it's tough for me to accept that it's just going to take some work. My legs have almost no fat on them and my arms are increasingly vascular but my torso hasn't budged. It's tough as a former fat guy (was 230lbs at 39% bf before I started lifting) and someone who's had trouble with T levels for years. But again, key for me is doing it in a HEALTHY and SUSTAINABLE way.

First time in 3 weeks and I ended up binging and this was the first time my binge wasn't planned in anyway (by starving the previous days on low calories etc.) I have been eating normally at least 2x a day and eating around 3000-4000 kcals daily
However, last night, I had just finished quite a large meal (around 2000 kcals) and I was thinking to myself, man I had such a great workout today I should eat some extra, so I went down in the kitchen and took two rice cakes with ham and went back into my room to eat
Well after those two, I thought damn, my mom had bought this deliciois baguette I haven't had in ages, so I went back down, sliced myself a piece with cheese and went back up, then back down for another bigger slice with mayo until I had eaten the whole baguette, then I got the mindset well now I have overate so much I should just eat everything and anything I can
Ate 2 pints of ben jerries, 2 loaves of cookies, 1 box of cereal, 1 loaf of bread with mayo and then realized we ran out of "binge-able" food so I ate 3 bananas and the left overs of beef stew with potatoes we had earlier in the day. Then I found a box of Mars bars (12 bars in a box) ate them and realized what I had just done, only after we ran literally out of everything you could possibly binge on
Now I feel quite bad tbh and I know it's counter productive but I'm going to slash my calories quite low for the next few days to compensate this
It's just mind blowing, I had ate 3 well balancee meals and to think that 2 rice cakes were the start for my binge session is just madness

Good morning Gents!
Happy Friday! (Start of our weekend)
Just wanted to update you guys and take your advice if you've been through it before.
Woke up today feeling completely sore. Lower body more than upper.
Anyways.. typical Friday family outdoor activity. So we went to the park with the kids to walk around. Felt completely fatigued and tired! The last time I felt like this was when I was eating much lower calories. Maybe half way through my 2,100 calorie days. So you could say like 3 months ago or so.
So instead of excusing myself and going back home, I opted to "grind" it through.
Currently taking a half an hour break.
Nutrition for the day: woke up and had a protein shake and a couple of handfuls of almonds while walking with the family.
Im think that this "drained of energy" or lethargic feeling could be because I woke up like 5 times last night to use the toilet? And in this 2 hour walk, I've used the toilet like 4 times.
Don't know what's the cause as I'm sure I'm in a calorie surplus.
Any thoughts? I think it's the bad quality of sleep but not 100% sure.
Enjoy the weekend guys!
Cheers!

Alrght guys i need some advice now. I had drastic hormonal changes what puts me in a really uncomfortable place.
Problem 1: i literally feel like a teen guy. It is like experiencing puberty again...
Problem 2: Short temper. I have always had a kinda "big mouth" but i was able to stay calm at every situation, now i get upset even on little things.
Problem 3: agression. This is what is hard to deal with. I can not fking contain myself. For example few months ago that road rage accident, few days ago some fktard raised his fist and wanted to hit me, i remained calm, but even days after i still have the urge to demolish him. For example yesterday when i walked home from the bus stop, i was wishing that i can see him, so i can fk him up. I never was like this before, i never wanted to hurt somebody, i never was rude with others... But now.... And the hardest part is the temptation.. the temptation to dominate someone. It is fking horrible, and i am having a really hard time to contain myself.

Re all the pissing, in the same boat. Had to piss about once an hour today and have had to for about a week now. Getting my prostate checked next week despite being 27 since I have a LONG family history of prostate problems. This is probably not your issue but is worth keeping in mind.

How many water you drinks a day? Pissing this much is not normal. Also, what type of water do you drink? If it is low in natrium, it will make you thirstier and thirstier, cuz your natrium levels going to decrease. I personally have to drink a lot, cuz i am sweating like hell, but i never have problems with night time urination, i piss max 1 times /night.

Have you had your hormones checked and all that? Some people do just have short tempers... so I guess if you combine that with a hyperactive thyroid and the life changes you've made, it would kind of make sense. But yeah, it sounds rough for sure.
I'm not sure how to advise you really.. I also have a short temper but it only comes up when I'm angry or frustrated... I've been known to throw things, punch walls, etc, but only in high-stress situations."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

100% normal. When I recovered I slept over 10 hours per night & was so wasted by nighttime I could not speak. Same goes for everyone else in the hospital with me. Your body needs to make up for everything/repair & it's not used to digesting so consistently. Also, your stress hormones that used to get you by may be winding down a bit. This fatigue lasted 2 months or so for me but I was very sick so ymmv.

I get symptoms similar to #2 and #3 occasionally. I talked to my doctor about it and they said it's likely stress-related. This makes sense considering i'm a work-a-holic, but it has it's affects on normal hormone levels. I need to learn how to meditate or something (sort of serious).
Not sure if it's the same case for you

Got it, thanks for the feedback. It surprised me initially because, somehow, when I ate less I actually slept less, which seems counter-intuitive because i would have expected my body to want to be stationary moreso without additional fuel. Now, however, I'm able to not only sleep through the whole night (save for 1-2 trips to pee) but when I wake up I just want to keep sleeping... even if I got a solid 8 hours.
