Final Review
Taste has definitely gotten better as the time went on. I did get used to it which made it much better. It was pretty hard to enjoy at first but at the end I was really looking forward to it.
effectiveness was great. I have played around with melatonin before and its a drastic difference between the two. Straight melatonin.. I would always wake up extra tired no matter how much sleep I got during the night. Amino PM was drastically different. I would wake up refreshed even on the smallest amounts of sleep. And going to bed? ... piece of cake, I would be out in 10 minutes at MOST. I know the bottle says wait 30 minutes but youll be out way before that.
I ended up taking it almost close to daily the first couple weeks, but knowing what sleep aids do to your sleep regulation, I wanted to not stop my bodys natural sleep regulation. I ended up cutting back to close to 2 or 3 times a week as youll see above and it worked like a charm. I do not recommend going anywhere over 5 times a week.
I still love the packaging it was one of the best ive seen. The white is a great color... really stands out. Thank you guys again for the great opportunity and I will definitely be coming back for more amino PM. Its a good tool to use if you need to hit the head fairly quickly!!!
