SATURDAY SHOULDER/ABS
Seated Dumbbell Press:
3 sets of 12 reps 20 lbs
Standing Dumbbell Straight-Arm Front Delt Raise to a "T" (up and open):
3 sets of 12 reps 35 lbs
Side Lateral Raises:
3 sets of 12 reps 25 lbs
Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Fly:
3 sets of 12 reps 25lbs
Exercise Ball Crunches:
3 sets of 12 reps
Air Bike:
3 sets of 12 reps
I woke up had eggs - fat free milk
went to the gym an hour later, took my Pre work and did my routine after had a protein shake and had a turkey wrap for lunch
I wil take my Mass Gainer before bed
