Illegal aliens are breaking federal law....not state law.
pot growers are breaking federal law...not state law.
They are both criminals...and states and cities providing protection for those criminals are sanctuary city/states. Good god brah......this isnt rocket science.

so the difference between these two criminals here is.. one is actually a US citizen and one isn't.
Since they aren't here legally or have gone through the proper process of becoming a US citizen.
What makes them able to skip the line when my family has paid 20k+ and have waited 13 years for the rest of my family in Vietnam to come from over?
or are you just going to keep avoiding this? lol clown

Man...you are woefully ignorant.
http://www.criminaldefenselawyer.com...deral-laws.htm
Although 18 states have legalized the medical use of marijuana, federal law does not recognize or protect medicinal marijuana possession or use; and the federal government can prosecute people who are otherwise protected under state medicinal marijuana laws.

02-17-2017, 09:34 AM #65Technically, patients in perfect compliance with their state medicinal marijuana laws can still face federal prosecution. Luckily, unless they are involved with illegal or large-scale marijuana-related activities, individual patients can usually rest assured that their medicinal marijuana use will not land them in front of a federal judge. What difference does it make...legal is legal. Selling pot commercially is legal under state law. Home ususage is also legal under state.
So how on gods green earth are these DEA agents able to bust people for pot? Cant be possible! Its legal in the state of california
Just face it brah....you didnt know federal drug laws supersedes state drug laws. its codified. MJ falls under the federal CSA... federal laws and regulations establish minimum requirements above which states may impose stricter or additional requirements.

No matter where you are, possession of marijuana is against federal law. This means, federal agents could arrest you for a joint, even if you are in states like Colorado and Washington where recreational pot has been legalized. As of yet, however, the feds aren’t chasing down small-time pot smokers and are instead focusing on dispensaries and state-sponsored growers.
Obama chose not go after small time pot smokers. Just like he chose not to go have illegals that havent committed a felony.
States that legalize pot are providing sanctuary for pot dealers. I thought you guys were for law and order! In reality you are not....

That Trump wasn't serious about all his drug talk during the primary should be obvious to you by now, if you exercise a little independent thought once in a while. Anyway, here you go:
