Yes, but there is absolutely no chance that toddlers will ever stage a hostile takeover of our nation were the state security apparatus to weaken. Intent matters.

Illegal immigrants commit crimes at a rate roughly FOUR TIMES HIGHER than the general public AFTER removing any crimes related to immigration itself.

They are a fukd up asset, which is why they weren't identified by the previous administration/congress as being the 7 worst.

Not to mention they have an operating government, with a functional record keeping system of their citizens, and functioning airport security screening.

And? You're going to make some dumb fukc argument about how we don't deport them? They're citizens. We don't deport legal citizens, but we do punish them when they break the law, according to whatever the legal prescribed sentence may be.

Poor argument, I know plenty of people who grow pot in their back yards and smoke it, legally.

But people jumping the border without proper process, illegal.

What makes them able to skip the line when my family has paid 20k+ and have waited 13 years for the rest of my family in Vietnam to come from over?

As was formentioned, illegals are such a non issue they sought to redefine the term to undocumented or dreamers.

No we dont. Several states have legalized marijuana and providing sanctuary states for traffickers. Hell they are even taxing traffickers.

Except the results of gun control have been mixed. Mostly positive in Europe, and quite negative in the Americas. Additionally, looking at state-by-state regulations, again, we have mixed results.

So on the question of safety, it isn't clear cut with gun control. Additionally, there is the issue of preserving liberty, and when it comes to gun control, you have to weigh how much liberty you give up for security. We don't allow tanks, or automatic weapons, or bazookas to be sold to the general public, so that demonstrates that even conservatives don't believe in total liberty on this issue.

The same goes for immigration, except an immigration-restrictionist policy is not a violation of liberty for citizens of this nation.

its against federal law. They are felons. Plain and simple. They need to be in prison. States are providing sanctuary for people breaking federal drug laws. They are no different than illegals living in sanctuary cities.

If they've legalized Marijuana in those states, then nobody is breaking the law. It's not a "sanctuary state" if it's legal.

This lol, if it's legalized and regulated by the state... then it's legal. Feds can't bust in your house in a legalized state and arrest you for possession charges ya dunce.

    Edit:

    "What’s legal?
In Colorado, it is legal for an adult aged 21 or over to:

possess up to one ounce of marijuana for recreational use

give away marijuana to other adults aged 21 and over (without exchanging money)
cultivate, process, and sell industrial hemp (this is not the same as the cannabis you smoke to achieve a high)

But, there are several things the new legislation does not legalize. The following are still considered illegal:

    smoking marijuana in public
    selling marijuana
possessing, growing, or using marijuana if you are under the age of 21"

Welp, I wasn't sure if I should take your posts seriously, but after this one, I can now just put you on the ignore list with KingTrump.

The percentage of illegals committing the number of crimes are as follows, according to Fox News:

13.6 percent of those sentenced for all committed crimes in the country
    12 percent of murder sentences
    16 percent of trafficking sentences
Almost 50 percent of federal crimes were committed near the Mexico border.
Illegal immigrants accounted for nearly 75 percent of federal drug sentences in 2014

he argues for "immigrants" but is completely clueless. Doesn't realize that there are apprx 4 million+ people on a waiting list to come in and these numbers grow annually. My family categorizes under "fourth preference", have been waiting for 13 years to come over. There is also delay for immigrants waiting to come into America because of USCIS preferring DACA or "Dreamers" over long-term applicants. So basically, we were almost green light @ 8 years and now it's been delayed to 13 years, on top of lawyer fees and application expenses. But people fight for people to live here for free off process and expenses.

So where's your argument KT you clown

lol at your stats. Fox gives no hard data and notes it used a "patchwork of stats" to develop their stupid theory. I could link to a bunch of sites stating that the illegal crime % is actually less than the general population, but what would be the point? The sheep are convinced and scared and there's no going back for you guys. Enjoy your imaginary world where illegal immigrants are this crushing burden to society.

Federal law takes precedent over state law. The federal government is not enforcing the law on the books, which is completely different than saying that they don't have the right.

Its has not been right wingers committing those crimes. The vast majority of violent crime, most crime for that matter, come from people who are members of the 'left'.

So if you smoke pot in your backyard in a legalized state are you or are you not going to get arrested with a felony? Which is what KT was arguing.

If so, care to explain? I always want to be accurate.

If not, his argument is moot.
