    Exclamation Injury question

    So the other day we were front squatting 225 with an easy 3 x 6 set. My left knee was feeling a little tense but I got away from the workout just fine. I left and then went to work. Two hours into my shift my knee started to get real tight and a little numb you could say. The next day, I can't squat down fully without quite a bit of pain in my knee. It also hurt to fully extend my leg. Almost to the point where I can't do it. I can still walk, with a slight limp. The area right above the kneecap is tender and feels the most pain in these activities. Does anyone know what this is? A bad case of runners knee? A ligament tear? Is it possibly my acl? How long will it take to heal?
