    Opinion about my supplementation.

    I'm 16 years old, with good diet and good workout programme. Also I'm training karate since 3 years, so I'm mixing the fitness and combat sports. But I want to focus on the fitness and get aesthetic body. I'm focusing on eating much egg whites, oats, rice, chicken, potatoes. So my supplementation is going to be Gold Standard Whey (4g glutamine, 6g bcaa each dose) , Xtend BCAAs, Opti-Men Vitamins, Omega-3; I also would like some good pre-workout for my age, if you have good experience with them, because most of them are with too much caffeine. Also I would be happy If you comment my supplementation. I think it's pretty good and safe ofcourse.

    We cannot recommend you supplements are you're under 18(against forum rules). And at your age, you really don't need supplements. You should be focusing completely on your diet and training routine right now. Being so young, you're at the prime years for growing, so no need to even try and utilize supplements yet.
    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

    this right now

    If you've got a good diet going, stick with it and train hard. There's lots of time down the road when you can introduce supplements. Utilize your youth and energy to build your foundation for further growth.
