Yo, so this is a little extra i added to stronglifts, i realized i could add this extra and still am gaining 5-10lbs per lift on the compounds.
I have very limited resources in terms of weights and equipment so some of these changes were needed for me to even do it.
Obviously i want to gain a bit more size than i would on the vanilla stronglifts. And i know he specifically said "do not add anything". I did the vanilla stronglifts for about 2 months and got bored with it started doing random **** but i always kept my squats and bench and pullups consistant so their weight and progress has been steadily raising still. Ive gained some good weight and strength.
Long story short How does this look for gaining some size in my biceps and triceps which i notice are lacking compared to my everything else because i had only been doing the 5x5's? (Profile pic is very old)
