    Non Stim PWO's

Curious how many of you use non-stimmed PWO's and if so which one's do you prefer?

I have from time to time but honestly I have to admit, it's very hard to do for a long period of time. Just because your options are much more limited and depending on when you workout (I workout at 5 AM) you almost feel like you NEED something a little bit more.

But if I am taking a true stim break (and commit to it 100%) I use iForce's Hemavo2 Max. Because then I'm still getting some excellent pump ingredients in my system and give myself that bit of placebo effect of "I'm still using SOMETHING" and that works for me. I still get great workouts on it, and all without the stims.

I have used both stim and non - stim pwo. On a regular day I prefer stim just because I need the extra boost of energy for my workout. If I am trying to give myself a break from stims I usually will take a non stim pwo.

Personally, I use a post workout usually during my workout. It's more for flavor than anything for me, but the ingredients count.
