Deadlifts 115lbs 1x5 (note for deadlifts, will now be increasing by 5lbs instead of 10lbs each time)

Decided to do a complete reset, calculated 1 rep max by using 5 max rep converter and then using 75%

Even though for squats got 90lbs, overall felt very weak today, maybe need to tone down soccer training sessions on lifting days.
