    Need short, frequent, intense workouts (45 min or less) - plans?

    For various lifestyle reasons, a short 30-45 minute weights workout is going to be far better for me right now than a typical 3-4x week 1+ hour workout. I can train 6x per week. Can anyone offer leads? I prefer a pre-written routine by a professional, rather than a template. My current goal is to lose about 15lbs while maintaining muscle, that's all. I am an intermediate lifter.

    Check out the "Best Damn Workout for Natural Lifters". It is a 6-day Push/Pull split that uses intensity techniques and heavy weights to keep the workouts short. Hits each body part 3x a week.
