    Cool Creatine loading phase

    Hi. Quick question.. read about creatine loading. It says 15-20 grams a day (for 5-7 days). Any breakdowns on how and when to take it during the day? (Rest day included) thank you in advance. Newbie here.

    Do not load creatine, just take 3-5g per day, at any time of day, with any liquid (water is fine) you like.

    This. 3-5g creatine mono daily and consistently is all you need to get good results from creatine. No loading needed.

    I didn't use loading becouse I use all time 10 gr creatine + dextrose. And all right with me)
