    I think you should bulk a bit and build a little more mass then cut no point in cutting if you don't have enough muscle

    not really true... hes got some mass but not alot.
    even the guys with the least muscle and high bf% better cut first/clean bulk.
    no point starting bodybuilding with such a high bodyfat% IMO...

    when i first started doing this 7 years ago i had a similar body like him, but after 6 months of clean bulking ive became a totally different person.
    lowered my bf% from like 25 to 10-13 just by clean bulking.

    14 yr olds cutting when they're not even fat smh. The small amount you have will be negligable when you build some mass

    Use common sense and moderation, eat enough to keep progressing on lifts and gain 1-2 pounds per month; eat more or less until in that range. Fast food, like all things, is fine in moderation.
