    Post Dropping Calories for cutting

Hey, I dropped my calories from 4600 to 3800 (wanna jump right into a deficit) but strength going up still and didnt loose any water weight for2 days. Should I drop my calories even more?

    I gained 0.5-1lb a week on 4600.

How long have you been consuming 4600 calories? If not long then I would stay at 3800. If you have been consuming 4600 for a decent amount of time and your primary goal is fat loss I'd cut to 3200-3500 considering your bodyweight.
