    my bulking diet

    Meal 1
    3 eggs
    2 cups milk
    3 oz white rice

    Meal 2
    1 apple
    2 oz chicken breast
    3 oz white rice

    Meal 3
    1 oz nuts
    2 oz chicken breast
    3 oz white rice

    Meal 4
    1 apple
    2 oz chicken breast
    3 oz white rice

    Meal 5
    4 cups milk
    1 cup quaker oats

    Macros
    Calories 2677
    protein 137 g
    carbs 342 g
    fat 92 g

    I'm 5'7" and 143 lbs. What you think? I've done a lot of research to get the numbers right. hopefully they are.

    In terms of carbs/fats/protein, your diet is fine.
