    Hamstring curls, Straight Leg Deadlifts, Calves, Hanging Leg Raises

    Notes: This was a very good training cycle for deadlifts so it was disappointing to not get a clean 625 today. I'm thinking some pause deadlifts with a stiff bar next training cycle to work on my positioning at the bottom of the lift as well as grip.
