Thumbs up Test booster or bcaa

Hi I'm relatively new to the workout scene a little background I april last year I had a major brain aneurysm and stroke. After 2 months in the hospital and rehab I started doing out patient rehab. That lasted until August at which time my friend turned me onto ddp yoga. I now do 2 35 minute to a little over an hour sets of that a day 5 times a week, occasionally throwing in some moves from gsp Touchfit or using my door pull up bar. Right now I supplement with a ore workout using volcano fury cause I got a sample but changing to cellucor c4 when done. I do a protein shake after each workout consisting of a half scoop allmax whey giving me 15 grams there plus the 8 grams from the 2% milk and some additional from a scoop of peanut butter. On the longer workout I add creatine monohydrate the bodybuilding.com brand. Anyway I've tried force factor ignite as a test booster again trial and just purchased muscle tech alpha test as more regular use one, but when I ordered it they gave me a sample of best bcaa shredded and it got me thinking I don't want to do Both a bcaa or test booster as that will eat too much into my bank account so which is better. I'm looking to lose some weight as I'm down from 186 to 175 right now, but also gain some muscle mass? Recommendations on which I should use?

Save your money on the test boosters, BCAAs and preworkouts if you're relatively new to working out. Buy a solid whey protein, fish oil and multi vitamin and focus on your diet and exercise. If you're looking to gain muscle mass, I would recommend getting on a gym membership and following a weight lifting plan. You're going to see minimal lean body mass gains from doing yoga.

A gym just is not in the equation right now, the cost of it plus uber would be too much as i don't have a ride I could count on to get back and forth otherwise. Though I don't think ddp yoga is the same as traditional yoga since it uses dynamic resistance and push-ups to build strength where as my college class in yoga did not, they feel like 2 different things altogether honestly.

If you dont plan to go to the gym or maximise muscle growth, i wouldnt use any supplements at all. Only stick with good nutrition. So save the money, test booster will only give you increased libido and if you eat enough protein, BCAA wont do anything for you anyways.

    Good luck mate!
