Weigh in today, week 31
Start weight - 22 stone 1 lb
Last week Weigh in - 17 stone 11.3/4lbs
Current weight - 17 stone 8.0lbs
Total Loss to date - 63.0 lbs
3.25 lbs this week! biggest weekly loss in ages - did only lose half a pound last week so i guess it evens out but if its big like that next week i will raise calories..i have cut them to 2k a day because of no lifting, some days i may have only had 1900 so on the low side, shoulder is healing well and im fairly confident i should be lifting again within a week so can go back to 2400 cals on lifting days then.

Weigh in today, week 34
Start weight - 22 stone 1 lb
Last week Weigh in - 17 stone 6.25lbs
Current weight - 17 stone 5.25lbs
Total Loss to date - 65.3/4 lbs
Was convinced I was on the start of a plateau and not going to lose weight, but lost a pound this week. Its temporary as i have started creatine so expect 4-5lbs of water weight gain to happen, but ultimately i think it will help me build strength and retain muscle better on the next 60 lbs i want to lose so worth the initial weight gain.

Thanks a lot mate, and your right when things are slowing down (or not moving) it is easy to forget how far you have actually come - and now that i think about it i am officially past half way on my weight loss target of 130 lbs lost. Sometimes I get frustrated how long its taking and i know i could be doing this quicker, but im trying to look at the bigger picture and do it slowly whilst adding muscle to limit loose skin.
Health was always my main reason, but now I want to look as good as i can too..

Weigh in today, week 35
Start weight - 22 stone 1 lb
Last week Weigh in - 17 stone 5.25lbs
Current weight - 17 stone 5.00lbs
Total Loss to date - 66.0 lbs
A quarter of a pound weight loss this week, but with the recent creatine supplimentation I think this is a good result and really I have lost a pound/pound and a half weight and gained water weight in its replacement. The creatine is working and I have noticed a minimum 10% strength improvement across the board!

Last week Weigh in - 17 stone 5.00lbs
Current weight - 17 stone 5.3/4lbs

Bit of a off day today, weighed myself 2 hours early as i had to drop my dad of at the hospital at 6am for a hip operation, I know the scales can show a pretty different weight two hours later, 3/4 of a pound gain this week. Not too worried yet but i do want to see some weight loss next week to at least 17 stone 4.1/2

Weigh in today, week 37
Start weight - 22 stone 1 lb
Last week Weigh in - 17 stone 5.3/4lbs
Current weight - 17 stone 4.1/4lbs
Total Loss to date - 66.75 lbs
I needed that, puts me at my lowest weight if only buy 3 quarters of a pound. The creatine saturation should be coming to an end now so hopefully more regular weight loss resumes! really would like to get past the 17 stone barrier into the 16s. Getting impatient but my routine is keeping me sane lol.

Yooo, well under 250lbs now you're doing good!
How does the missus feel about your journey? Hope she's a big support for you. God that cruise sounds like an awesome idea, this year has indeed been garbage but I actually managed to sneak in a trip to Norway in feb to visit a friend, it's absolutely gorgeous you'll love it.Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

Thats true and nearly under 240
Shes been great and is a big support - we have been together 10 years and had gotten a little TO comfortable with eachother, we both eat at the same time always and pretty much the same stuff, in fact shes joined me on this weight loss journey shes 33 years old and 5ft2 and is down from 10st 5lbs to 9.0 stone so shes done incredibly well herself , Iv been doing the weight lifting and shes been doing yoga since the start. Shes been commenting on my arms recently and that feels good! and i can see a big change for the better in her shape too without doubt..
Shes able to see my progress though and can see a big difference, i used to be not ok walking around shirtless whilst shes there - and before i lost this weight she hadnt seen me topless for 5 years, (that original photo of me at the start was the first time she had) But im now fine with it.
In fact shes too nice and always said she didnt care about about my size, the thought of covid killing me kicked was the kick up the arse i needed in the end but i also want to look better for her as well. Im fully into this lifestyle and want to get in good shape for my 40s whilst i still have the time
Oh man im so looking forward to the cruise, the fjords look incredible - we went with a balcony cabin as well, quite a bit extra but worth it i think! 520 days to go! hahLast edited by RandyMcFlab; 12-02-2020 at 04:26 AM.

Cheers guys, and will do alex
I think I will be Paul, 522 days deffo enough to lose all the weight and start a slow bulk too! it can then go into a dirty bulk for a week before i go sensible again.
heres the ship! its a beast and new this year 5200 passengers 1800 crew and cost a shade under 1 billion pounds. Never even realised i wanted to go on a cruise but now i think about it i really do! holiday of a lifetime thing really cos it isnt cheap but it can be a reward for losing weight.

Top picture is me in june at 280 lbs, the bottom picture is me today almost 6 months later at 242 lbs (both are sucking in gut). I am not sure how to feel about this for six months progress! the weight loss is good, but my shapes pretty similar, have i gained any muscle? I feel like i have but is this fair progress for six months? To be fair i had a month off due to cyst removal and i have had some shoulder problems that seem a bit better after the month of, also was running sub par program and am started on allpro now so hopefully do better next time.Last edited by RandyMcFlab; 12-15-2020 at 07:38 AM.

Yes mate I think you have put muscle on. If you look at the picture of you now, you look a lot tighter is the best way I can put it. You looked a lot softer/flabby in the pic where you're 280. More dramatic changes will come when you're closer to 200 but yes mate you've done well and should be happy. Your definition will come when you're closer to the 200 mark which will be great for you because then you will be able to see changes in your body easier. Keep it up. Also remember you lose visceral fat as well when you're losing weight which isn't visible to the eye

Im glad to hear I have put a bit on, I know it can be hard on a calorie deficit but with all my excess stored energy i had hoped to. It makes sense though at 200 lbs it will be more dramatic and im hoping if i get down to 180lbs id be pretty lean - but loose skin is a concern so probably wont go that low. Thanks for the feedback mate.

Weigh in today, week 39
Start weight - 22 stone 1 lb
Last week Weigh in - 17 stone 3.0lbs
Current weight - 17 stone 1.1/4lbs
Total Loss to date - 69.3/4 lbs
Pound and three quarters this week, awesome! i keep thinking my weight loss is going wrong and stalling but then i have a good week - need to learn more patience - weightloss can be a headfuq. currently 239.25lbs so under 240 for the first time in a decade , but in the UK its the stones that are the mental milestones, i want to be into the 16s feels like I have been in the 17s for ever. But then looking back not so long ago i was dead happy to see a 17 at the start!Last edited by RandyMcFlab; 12-16-2020 at 12:51 AM.

I found some old pics i had on photobucket Im going to share, this was about 12 years ago - to say i had a eating disorder would be an understatement, I thought i looked good at the time. was 165lbs at 5.11" and pretty much no muscle at all.....Holy **** - this is why starvation is bad./.
This next pic was me at about 175lbs, sucking in my gut and tensing muscles...very low muscle mass but not as bad as before! think i had been lifting and eating a bit better, not sure when this was but was after the first pic..now had i not let myself go and gone from here id be shredded now ten years later, but cant cry about the past lol..
This is me today at 240 lbs, same pose, sucking in gut and tensing. I think at 65lbs heavier I have a lot more muscle here and if i can keep it i will look quite different at 175lbs. I will recreate that shot once done!
There is my retarded weight changes throughout the years.... haha, I am at least happy and confident i am finally on the right path!Last edited by RandyMcFlab; 12-17-2020 at 07:43 AM.
