Hi.i am new to this.
I will be 41 in a week.
Training is going well.i am eating 3000 Cal's a day.
Muscle mass seems to be increasing.
I weighed myself last night at 12.75 kg.i hit all my goals.
I added my cardio into the total.
This morning I was 12. 4.
How is that possible?

Weight can and will fluctuate daily. I know people have a thing about weighing themselves in the morning. Typically this is fine but IMO if you are going to do that concentrate on the weekly numbers for your goals not the daily. Too much stress
