    Cardio benefits for hearth

Hi. Im 17 years old and i started lifting weights. Lovin it so far. However, i have been training for 9 months for know (i took a break and i didnt train 3-4 months, if i did, this month would be 1 year since i started). Im worried for my hearth. I know cardio is good for hearth vut nobody mentions that benefit. People on other forums only talk about losing fat. I heard that e very weight should do cardio because weight lifting is not
really good for hearth health. Now im bulking and i dont need to lose any weight so im not intrested in fat loss. My queston is: is walking in the evening for an hour or hour and a half enought to prevent me from fcking up my hearth?

It would benefit, but you could do cardio at a higher intensity and just eat more?

If you lift with enough intensity it can and will be of benefit to the heart too; also high intensity cardio can be done, and you would not need to spend an hour, ~20 minutes would be fine. Just eat enough to keep growing and you're fine.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I dont have a problem with my weight, diet, workout or stuff like that. My only concern is my hearth because i will probablly inhert some heart issues (fcked genes) so i dont want to mess it up and die of stroke in early 40-s.Thats it. I like walking and i dont like cardio witch is why i prefer walkin for an hour then running for 20 minutes

If you have a dog or another leashable animal(this can be done with a pig), take a 20-30 minute walk with them and raise the intensity each time to where you're running. Eventually you don't notice it.

I really don't think weightlifting has a negative effect on your heart(my dad was a powerlifter for years and he's the healthiest guy I know, and he has familal heart issues). Just eat properly and don't smoke/coke.
