Day 1
Initial thoughts / Mixability / Taste / Energy
Used 1 scoop initially as the packaging advises about 30 minutes pre workout.
Mixability 9/10
The mixabilty was great - considering the powder was clumped up really bad in the container. From my understanding, the APS reps told me it is from the beta alanine content.
Taste 2/10
Taste was VERY unpleasant. The product is "tropical fruit punch flavor" but the flavoring system is way off here. I had to chug + plug to get this stuff down. Bitter, chemical taste was present not only at the end of the shake like most pre workouts but even the initial sips. Any suggestions from the APS reps to improve the taste of this?
Energy 8.5/10
Had 1 scoop 30 mins pre as I mentioned. The one scoop didn't cut it for me. I have a VERY high tolerance for stimulants so I went ahead and had a 2nd scoop about 4-6 sets deep into my workout. At this point, I felt the effects of Mesomorph including the beta alanine tingles + extreme focus. I will be following this protocol with the log.
Pump + Volumization 5/10
Didn't get a crazy pump or anything from this product. The energy and focus was there but the muscle pump was non existent. I trained legs today and usually my quads swell up really good (even did a higher rep hypertrophy day) and didn't achieve that great of a pump compared to other products.
Strength 8.5/10
Felt strong and powerful on the 2 scoops. Focused, dialed in, and had straight up tunnel vision the whole time which generated some intensity to move some heavier weights.
Other thoughts
After day 1, I can say that the energy and focus is phenomenal with Mesomorph, but the taste is AWFUL. Not something I look forward to drinking before my sessions, but the focus it delivers is where this product earns it's keep.
The pump, like I mentioned, really blew today. Tomorrow is back day so maybe I will have better luck.

Intense day. Went into this one planning on training back, waited for my partner and he never showed. Doing back tomorrow with him so went ahead and did quads + calves instead.

2 scoops?! I use a heaping scoop and sometimes add an extra 100 mg of caffeine if I am really worn down but 2 scoops is insane!
As for the taste, that is due to the Icariin content. I think APS actually did a great job covering it up with this version (if you tasted straight icariin, you'd know what i mean) The more water the better. 20+ oz for me and it doesn't taste too bad.Betancourt Nutrition Representative

glad to see your logging this man, yeah 2 scoops is INSANE. There is really nothing you can do about the taste......eventually you get somewhat use to it. As far as pumps and vascularity goes, i get great pumps and vascularity when taking this....i hope your future workouts are more successful in that area.......another area to make sure and note is mesos effect on your endurance.

Cool man. I'm looking forward to Day 2 tomorrow.
1 scoop got me a little focused, but I have such a high tolerance for stimulants (esp caffeine) that I needed a second scoop. Back when I was dieting for the show, I would drink 5-6 cups of coffee in the morning and not even get a buzz.
WIU - Good deal man. I am training in the AM because of my schedule tomorrow so hopefully I will have plenty of stamina to do so! Back (higher reps hypertrophy) is on tap so the pump should also come through!
Update
Just found my camera! I will get pics up tomorrow pre workout, then post workout to showcase the pump. It should be noted that I am also logging GlycerGrow (non sponsored) and I am only taking it POST WORKOUT. The pics I will take will be before I take GG post workout that way the pump/volumization is based solely on the Mesomorph.

Pretty good day. 2 scoops delivered it for me - the pump and focus was off the chain. Endurance was crazy, but the taste still is a letdown...even with the 20 oz. water + ice cubes I used...

2 scoops as usual. Big time adrenaline rush today after the 2nd scoop as I worked out early again because of my schedule.
Pump was hard to tell with low reps like these.
Strength was solid. Nothing drastically improved but felt strong.
Endurance was good, got through the workout with no problem.
Taste is still crap...used 25 oz. water + 8 ice cubes today and still found this stuff unbearable...
