Posted recent updated pictures on my BodySpace. I’m at 235 lbs and leanest I’ve ever been. I’m glad to have recovered from my surgery last year. I haven’t hit any PRs lately but I’m still lifting heavy. Diet is 75% clean.

Operation 220
I’ve signed up to compete in my 4th amateur strength contest. It’s on May 4th and I signed up for the 220 and below weight class for a strongman meet. I weighed in at a low for 2024 at 229 lbs. my target weight is 225 and do a small 5lb water cut. Should be ok, moving right along!
