Lol, read it again, it says to lay all the stuff you are using for the challenge on the table and clock starts ticking the moment you touch one of them. The only things you should have on the table is a tub of protein, a spoon, a bowl and a bottle of milk or water.

Feedback has been pretty stellar on the Orange Cream Pop and that one is my favorite out of the 3 but then again I love orange anything so I'm a little bias.

OCP is good but 4lbs is a commitment if you aren't one to have multiple tubs open at once, cinnamon is one that would be better suited for daily consumption.
