I really like doyoueven.com at the moment. I now have 4 pairs of their tights and they are great. They are quite thick and compressing which I like. I also have 2 sports bras but haven't worn them because they are too tight

Ok is this normal?
Two work out shorts, various workout out T and polo shirts which are just old ones I dont wear out anymore, and one pair of trainers.
Swimming - wet suit, rash vest, hat, goggles, done.
I'm thinking If were a woman, it would typically be three to four times longer?-101,221, I can see the light - thanks

Ok so that doesn't seem too bad if not the 'designer' work out gear.
Now I'm wondering if I need to take a look at the 'sports' t-shirts. Am I missing out? One things for sure, you will never see me in a pair of mens legings.-101,221, I can see the light - thanks

THe only thing I can come up with is that its a cold day, its leg day too, so you want to squat whilst keeping nice and warm. You then have a light bulb moment - I'll borrow my gfs leggings. Obviously joggers and normal sports trousers would be too restrictive.
I also want to know why some dudes work out in vest that barely covers their nipples and leaves gaping holes round their armpits. Its just nasty. Same to ladies who work out in trousers and little more than a bra - do you really need to see every inch of your torso?
Important times demand important questions.-101,221, I can see the light - thanks

Well my cousin explained with her husband since he is a runner, the tights help avoid chaffing and the shorts are for common decency. But at the gym...still haven't heard anything that makes any sense.
As for the sports bra thing...I'm guilty of that. I'm either wearing a sports bra with shorts or sports bra with leggings. Depends on how cold the gym is...which if it is really cold, I'll put a hoodie on over the sports bra until I get too hot. It doesn't have to do with appearance for me...I'm certainly not trying to impress anyone with my torso. It has to do with comfort. I can't stand when I'm wearing clothing and my lower back starts to sweat. It is bad enough the clothing is helping to cause the back to sweat...but now I have shirt that is getting soaked with sweat that is clinging to my back. If I can get away with it, I'll fold up my shirt so that it is no longer touching my back. I avoid that all together at the gym by wearing only a sports bra.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903

For the guys with really big legs, they tend to blow out sweatpants and shorts. Seen a few pictures of ripped pants from a squat session. I never really see small guys in spandex, sorry to those of you who do lol...though I'd assume they're just trying to emulate the big guys, same deal as skinny dudes wearing stringers.
I don't typically show off my torso, but I pretty much always wear racerback tops. Less sliding on the bench with shoulders exposed, and also more skin for the knurling to grip squatting. I don't really have a reason to wear racerbacks on pull day other than the fact that most of my wardrobe is made up of them lol. Also my legs are wholly unimpressive and my traps are the one thing that makes it look like I lift, so racerbacks are to fill the gaping hole in my ego left by my legs.Olympus Labs Representative

I agree that the back sweat feeling with the shirt cleaning is not a comfortable feeling. I'd probably do the same if was more comfortable but excess fat and skin and pale enough to blind, probably wise to put up with the sweat for now. lol
I have a variety but I also didn't buy a number of them. Gifts from sister and my mom when she visits might buy me one or two things cause she loves shopping. I try to get clearance/sales when I buy more. I have t-shirts but those are not comfortable for lifting anymore.Gym Max: 229/126/305

One of my dogs used to do that with my underwear. Normally he would never damage the clothing...but it was disgusting. One day he wouldn't eat and was vomiting bile all around the house. If he would eat, it wouldn't stay down. Took him to a vet that was available and they were pretty much useless. Fortunately after he got home from the vet he vomited again, but this time some cloth came up. Seems he swallowed a bit of the underwear and it got stuck. Made sure to not let him have access to that ever again.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903

So a quick question, and this may be playing devils advocate, but in order to avoid that sweaty feeling, shouldnt I be allowed to workout without wearing anything over my top half? - I've no lady breasts to cover up so no need for a bra.

Well that is not quite the same but if you want to wear a sports bra to the gym...go for it.
Personally I wouldn't care if guys would show up to the gym with no shirt...hell used to go to one that in the summer, that was fairly normal. Would just be curious to see how many would be willing to though. Many seem more insecure about the abdomen than women.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903

Feeling slightly empowered, although the thought of directly lying on a bench after somone else has used it, skin in contact with faux leather soaked in sweat doesn't really appeal. Maybe for cardio only.
You know what I need, my lightweight easy dry microfire sports towel from Nike at £50. THe normall cotton ones just don't soak and dry the same.
Should keep the business ideas to myself. You didn't see anything.-101,221, I can see the light - thanks

Got over that ages ago, although it does make me look about the gym and wonder how much of peoples size is down to frame / genetics / workout effort.
But black is the slimming colour... Perhaps a stripe pattern would work better? Is there a colour which adds lbs?-101,221, I can see the light - thanks
