Don't put to much weight on a number go by how you look/feel. Id cut for sure if I was in your shoes get down to the 12% range and then do a slow lean bulk (3-500 surplus) for a good while. Its more fun bulking when your lean and works better. Just commit hard to a cut and itll be worth it in the end. Ps my guess would be between 20-25%

    You're saying I could be 18% lol?

So from reading your replies I will cut about 20 lbs, should I go 1lb/week weight loss? Also im trying to hit 2 plate bench by summer will I still be able to gain strength reasonably quick whilst cutting?

I would be incredibly surprised if you were 18%, but im not saying its impossible. You look 20% realistically. You'll probably have to lose about 25 lbs factored in with muscle loss to get to 12. Start with a 300 calorie deficit while hitting the gym 5x a week, every week you don't lose weight drop another 100. Don't worry about how long it will take you, just go until you're at 12%.
