Newbie here and seeking help
Yeah title says it all i'm a newbie here and i wanna start losing weight i think i'm like 240 something and **** i'm 16. Depressing i know tell me about it. I'm feeling bigger and heavier and i wanna lose fat but i don't get the help or support i need. I would workout form home but i don't have the weights or anything. I play hockey and i skate often so my cardio is decent but i need to lose fat and gain a bit of muscle.
