    210lb as of today that's a loss of 2lb I'd like to know how I've managed this because to say my nutrition hasn't been good would be an understatement

    I think I've had mcdonalds 4 times kfc once and fried chicken one night and only ate at my normal deficit yesterday, other than gym once in the last week due to my battery in my car being flat I played 85 minutes of a football game and trained last night for an hour!

    Thank god to my body for doing something with my weight I won't complain but it's strange

    Onto another week and hopefully I'll continue on my journey and lose some more it's the lightest I've been in over 3 years!

    Well I didn’t continue on track I lost all interest in the gym and quite frankly I let myself down but with a few very harsh family situations I just couldn’t find it in me

    But since then I’ve been back in I weighed in at 214lb on the 21st, my girlfriend (yes another) is a personal trainer it’s like a match made in heaven except that she’s on a bulk and I’m upset that a woman of 53kg can eat more calories than me a day it’s torture, back to fitness back playing football I still lost 45lb last year in what I would describe as the worst year of my life to date, but Silver linings and all of that, now onto the next few months, she keeps me accountable and working out with my partner is a lifetime dream for me and it has came true

    Uploaded a picture to ******** the other day of my year transformation and even my closest mates were blown away as they didn’t quite realise how much the weight had changed my appearance that gave me some fuel for the fire.

    Let’s hope this time Is as consistent as I was early last year, no drinking until April and I welcome no hangovers on weekends, fresh every weekend of January so far and it’s great, however I’m off to Prague on Saturday and I’ve heard about the Czech beer and pastries oooh it’s going to be fun

    Hi mate

    Thank you for your kind words glad to have you onboard, I’ve been doing all pro still inbetween but reset it and now back to week 3 heavy day today as I’ve been back consistent for a few weeks, no strength lost in the last few months but for most part I’d guess I’ve been eating at maintenance.

    my calories have dropped to 1670 I’ll continue to monitor them until I get down to 196lb and then I’ll adjust them so I’m losing 1lb-1.5lb a week instead of the 2lb a week at the moment we’ll thats the aim so see how I feel when I get there in 9 weeks

    Currently sitting at 211.75lb as of the 10th works has been super chaotic and due to the nature of my work it has made it hard to get into the gym on a regular pattern, but the pounds are coming down never the less

    Hi guys it’s me I’m still here I’m still lurking I’ve been very quiet but I’ve been dealing with a lot and lost my way like I have many times before, my uncle was tragically murdered in October and I’ve just not had the heart or hunger for anything a few weeks ago the murdered was charged and he’s due to be sentenced this week

    With all this happening drink became my shelter and I’ve put a few pound back on not much but a few pound last week I weighed in at 15.9 3/4 and this week I weighed in at 15.7 1/4 so 2 and a half pound loss I’ve been in the gym every day and life is good a big weight has finally been lifted off my shoulders and the last year of trials and tribulations is behind me I’m not trying to excuse my poor and lacklustre effort towards dieting but sometimes life happens

    I’m single once again but I decided I need some me time to develop the person I am and work on myself not just physically but mentally

    I’m going to benidorm on the 29th may so I’m aiming to lose another 14lb in the 6 weeks I have left! I know I’ve struggled I know I haven’t posted too regular the last few months but I’m back and I hope to bring yous results and a laugh or 2!

    Wow, sorry for your loss Phantom! It is definitely much more important to simply get through times like these than to try to prioritize certain aspects of your life. Glad you are getting close to having some kind of closure/resolution on the situation and that you are beginning to move on with your life.

    Weighed in yesterday at 15.4 3/4 which is another 2.5lb loss
    I’m on track and I’m flying!
    My good old groin injury has made gym increasingly hard and it feels tighter than the stitching on my budgie smugglers!

    This weekend I have another date still here doing my thing! And this one is mighty fineeeee....I’ll be drinking for the first time in a long while but I’ll be around maintenance for 1 day so I’m going to get 3x 300-400 calorie session in this week to gain back the 1000 calorie deficit

    Has anyone got any nice recipes or food ideas that include turkey/chicken I’m seeming to eat the same set few meals most days which is fine by me but I’m not shy to explore a bit

    The man was sentenced for 24 years with no parole justice isn’t served but it makes my days a little easier knowing he’ll be inside until he’s 72

    Yeah it knocked me for 6 if I’m totally honest but it’s behind me now finally and I feel so much more relaxed and at one with myself! I could link that to the gym, I’ve always got a big sense of self worth and pride when I’m working out regular it makes the dark days brighter and keeps my mind healthy and active!

    I’m glad I made the cull now to keep yous all updated and to get down into shape to live my best life

    Thank you mate I appreciate those words! It was very much back against the world stuff and I shut out a lot that was infront of me, including the gym but I’ve been able to string days of workouts and healthy eating together now
