    Exclamation Need some advices, 2 years off

    Hello!
    I worked out for severals years before quitting (due to college and coronavirus)
    I haven't been to the gym for over two years and I have not dedicated myself to fitness anymore, can someone suggest me a good workout schedule to start ? I was thinking about Stronglift 5x5 or something similar. Consider I want something focused on legs because my they sucks :P

    I'm 5'7'', current weight 120lbs (I lost more than 20lbs during the first quarantine)

    My last PR (2 years ago):
    Bench Press: 198lbs
    Deadlift: 308lbs
    Squat: 260lbs
