    Keep it Simple.

Do Heavy Compounds for Complete Body Development.

Train Abs Directly, Intelligently, & Intensely.

(Minimum of 2x/Week | Max: Every Other Day)

Choose 2-3 Core Movements to Focus On & Keep in Your Training.

    2-4 Intense Sets

Apply Progressive Overload w/ Weight, Difficulty of Movement, or Intensity.

(aka you Do More, Lift More, or Execute Harder Movements)

(as time passes “you level up” what you’re doing.)

    Start Now.

    Never Stop.

(Get / Stay) Lean Enough to See Them.

    Inevitable Abs Come.

    I’ve greatly done

    ・Hanging Core Movements

(( Hanging; Leg Raises | Windmills | Knee Ups ))

    ・Lying Dragon Flags

(( Any of the Progressions to Full Dragon Flags ))

    ・Decline Crunches

    ・Rope Cable Crunches

Premise on above = Movements that focus on both the Lower & Upper Abs.

    My preference =

Choose One Lower & One Upper Ab Focused Movement.

Eg: Hanging Leg Raises (Lower) + Decline Crunches (Upper)

All done in a full and controlled manner.

You can increase intensity & exhaust a bit more at the end w/ partials & faster reps.

(( after your current limit with excellent quality reps is done. ))

    Just be intelligent brother.

    TL : DR (simplified)

    Start Now.

Compound Movements + Direct Ab Training.

    Train Hard.

    Progress as Time Passes.

    Never Stop.

Be Lean Enough // Don’t Be Fat.

    Abs are Inevitable.

    All Is A Decision.
