Headache on EC stack

Like the title says... the past two days I've had pretty rough headaches. Today is at the level of a migraine. Took one Bronkaid and 200mg caffeine at 8:00AM, no second dose yet because my head is pounding.

I'm extremely well hydrated. Anyone have thoughts? Anything I can safely take for the pain that won't interact with the EC?

It happens. May need to reduce your dosage and let your body adjust.

Check your BP. Just to see cancel out that possibility.

It does. And 9 times out of 10 it's your blood pressure. Get it checked or cut way back and work up the dosage VERY slowly.

Thanks guys. I did follow the hot n fit method for upping dosage so nothing extreme here.

I'm traveling for work so not sure on the bp aspects. I'm not going to take another dose today. Have to go to a lunch meeting and it's definitely at migraine level.

Will NSAID's help or hurt here?

Aspirin would be fine. Tylenol works faster and better IMO but I always liked aspirin better due to safety.

Nothing else to advise that the studs above haven't already said. Seems you are a bit sensitive to the combo.

Also thought I'd add, are taking fish oil? I usually double my dose when I am on EC.

Don't do that, those cuffs are designed for people with up to 14in arms. If his arms are bigger than 14 inches which lets hope his arms are, it will give a falsely HIGH reading. Even if his arm is 13.9in it can give a falsely high inaccurate reading. He my think he has high blood pressure when in reality he doesn't. Just because your arm fits doesn't mean its right and good to go! Those damn machines are a horrible idea..

They make people go to the doctor when they shouldn't and tell people not to go when they should go. OP, Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Aspirin, etc. are all acceptable.

I take in 2.4g a day, everyday but never increase it on EC (actually I do ECY).
