It would be nice to have a thread on the misc where everyone posts 3 things they were grateful for each day.

It's amazing how much of a difference in your mood it can make when you sit down and think about the things you were grateful for each day... It doesn't have to be big things, it might be something like "I was grateful that I had time to lift today"

Will rep people that continuously post things they were grateful for each day. (srs)

I'll start.

-I had time to have a power nap today
-I had an awesome session in the gym
-I made new friends.

- a great nights sleep.

- a night with good friends this last weekend.

- being a few months ahead with my work.

Today I'm grateful for....
...my shoulder being on the mend. Physical Therapy today to see where to go from there. Hopefully back to lifting. Been close to two weeks and I'm stir crazy.
...********, of all things. Connected with two old, great friends I never thought I'd connect with again.
...My Old Man - he's not afraid to speak his mind and set someone straight if they're off base.

I'm grateful of the fundamentals today. Sat where I am looking out my window, despite the outstanding work I have, despite how I look or feel today...

I am grateful that I have the ability to open my front door and run. Run, jump, walk, squat, climb. There are so many people who can't do any of these.

I am grateful at the fact I can open my window now and breathe in that tasty cold fresh air.

I am grateful I have the ability to walk next door and interact with other human beings in a cognitively normal way.

They are all basic... But there are so many humans in the world who can't do any of these things. I am just grateful for having the basics right now.

-My sister is responding well to her radiation. Cancer popped up in her hip. So they think who's will due the trick for now.
