Once character has been chosen for that miscer, there will be no repeats of the same mutants...unless, it's from a different timeline such as their younger self, being experimented on so they had gotten an enhancement/upgrade from their original super power or there's an "evil" or "alternate" twin.

His mutant powers are actually really good - immune to STDS, can mind control through your bodily secretions, etc...def not a bad choice at all. As for facial aesthetics though...uhhhhh
