Upper right hand side of the bar below the thread title. "Thread Tools" -> "Subscribe to thread"

Thanks figured it out!
Had to change it to desktop version...holy crap it's a lot different than the mobile version!

The only way I figured out to do this was tap reply, go advanced version and then you see subscribe button. I was thinking there should be a way to do this without actually replying.**^^ gone ^^**
