I haven't had sex on the beach, but sour gummy bear is pretty sour (I thought it was okay, but I probably wouldn't order it again and I do like sour candy). The free flavor is sotb, so you'll get one along with the watermelon.

Didn't realize I could change the initial flavor. All good though.
Just ordered some more ice cream from Ample Hills; they just brought back my all time favorite flavor.

Kinds in my highschool use to do the same thing, or wear a garbage bag and just run laps around the track. Worse yet they would eat jolly ranchers and fill up 20oz water bottles with spit. Apparently Jolly ranches make you produce alot of saliva
Going with 2 watermelons myself. Wasnt blown away with Sex on the Beach TBH, and havent opened up my Sour Gummy bears yet

What are some of your favorite pre-workout meals? Just had one of mine prior to heavy back deads and rowing session.
Red Velvet with cream cheese filling muffin, 3/4 cup (108 carb) COR + Snickerdoodle, and 5oz chicken. Total of about 1100kcals. Regardless though, everyday pre-workout right about 1000kcals, just more "clean"PEScience Representative

Never been a fan of big preworkout meals because then I have to wait forever for them to digest. Give me simple things like cream of rice + whey which feels like it's instantly digested. Or even simple chicken + rice. Muffins aren't bad from time to time. About 500-700 calories with 40-50g protein with roughly the same or more carbs.
I've tried oatmeal, tried peanut butter + banana + shake, upon other things that are slow digesting and just not a fan.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I said before but I train fasted. Maybe am shorting myself of amazing, AND I MEAN AMAZING, gym sessions but I get great enough results with just a pre and always have. Maybe some small carbs and or fat but never a meal. I train at 5 am so what time am I supposed to wake up to eat this meal? Plus I feel terrible working out with too much in me.

PB&J w/ some deli meat on the side has been my go to pre-workout lately.
