yeah I agree Select is the most balanced protein out there in all areas. Only improvement for me and my LI would be a change to WPI instead of WPC but would increase the price, or add an enzyme/lactase blend.

Good start for Fade Out. 3/4 scoop last night, as well as I can remember I went to sleep in no more than ~10 minutes and woke up once 'middle of the night' and not again until about 6:30 to take a piss. That's better than at least 90% of nights for me.

Fade Out didn't work for me last night. I was able to fall asleep fine but I woke up 2 hours later and couldn't fall back asleep the rest of the night. I was planning on doing fasted cardio this morning but because I got hardly any sleep, I chose to rest. I did end up falling asleep for another hour before needing to get ready for work. Not sure why it wouldn't have worked last night. Worked the 3 nights prior.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I'd say tolerance. That's the thing about Phenibut. It's like DMAA for sleep. Works amazing first few times, but loses it's efficacy when you start using it back to back nights. If this was your 4th night on, likely tolerance build up and probably a few others factors as well.
