Makes me sad kind of. I mean yeah I know they are still pretty much cookies and along the lines of Rob's opinion but I do kind of like to think I am getting the amount of protein listed. Wife loves them too and not sure I want to tell her. In fact the first item on next week's shopping list is a box of the double chocolate ones which lately have been amazing. Maybe I will just say whatever and continue eating them since only eat them occasionally and get plenty of my protein from other sources anyway.

Well despite having pres upon pre, UPON PRES, I placed another order for Kraken on the B1G1. Went with Watermelon and another Sour Gummy Bears. Truth is not a huge watermelon fan unless done really well. Last watermelon powder I enjoyed was True Grit Pre.

The amount of just ok watermelon flavoring is certainly larger than the ones that stand out

Metabolic Nutrition ESP that dere AMP Cit anyways their watermelon flavoring amazingly well done! What a great pre workout that was; Also C4's watermelon is pretty good as was their other company with Volt fantastic flavoring ergo's watermelon was pretty good. I also liked the older white flood in watermelon mixing that with the green apple mag fantastic tasting!

Dust V2 Watermelon decent enough as was the Cobra 6P Extreme Powder not my fav tho bunch of others in watermelon I just thought were "Ok" or "tolerable" I think of it like you not all are on the same footing :X

Kinds in my highschool use to do the same thing, or wear a garbage bag and just run laps around the track. Worse yet they would eat jolly ranchers and fill up 20oz water bottles with spit. Apparently Jolly ranches make you produce alot of saliva

The spit method is gross, but it's safer than cardio in a sauna suit or garbage bag, and safer than the heavy-hitting diuretics. Anything sour would work, actually, doesn't have to be Jolly Ranchers.

The.problem is if you don't do it, you're at a competitive disadvantage, since everyone else does. In the UFC, there's a lot of money on the line. I don't think kids should be water cutting, but kind of a hard practice to stop. How long in advance are weigh-ins? Two hour weigh ins will cut down on that...I don't think I'd try to drop more than 2-3 with a weigh-in that short (as opposed to 10-12 with a 24, which would be 7-8.5% of bodyweight).

Oh yeah Volt was/is good and a few others mentioned. As for not good, give Big Noise from Redcon1 a try. Not puke inducing but it's like eating watermelon that has started to go bad after being cut up and stored in a container in a fridge for too long.

For lunch used a packet of Cinnamon Crunch Quest protein powder I got. At first I wasn't sure I would like it but once done I liked it more. Pretty close to cinnamon toast crunch. A stronger cinnamon than some I prefer but overall pretty good. My favorite cinnamon proteins would rank AI Sports, XF, PES Select, this then RSP(worst of the ones I had but not terrible by any means just "different"). Not sure if I am forgetting any that I had. Any recommendations of ones I must try? Same goes for any other flavor and brand. Want to make a list of future stuff I want to get. Top of my list is to finish off trying salted caramel flavors I have not had yet. Rule1 and Nutabio are the first that come to mind I have not had.

I was going to eventually try it this summer, even more so since I had a chance to try the orig more recent but hoping to see some feedback yet on it too. No DMAA but looks "ok" and I like nitrates I dunno.
