Companies throwing in 25-50mg of teacrine are simply causing their product to taste like butthole and have no significant effect.

150-300mg would be a very nice dose. But also, very very expensive and not going to taste like candy.

I like to do a pre-workout break when I know that I'm addicted and can't get my day going without any caffeine. So this past week I haven't taken any pre workout before my workouts, which are at 5:30am. It's all about will power! I always tell myself I'll never take the stuff everyday and get right back on the boat, but it always ends up happening because I have like 5 tubs of pre-workout lol. And I feel obligated to get through them

I do enjoy taking a stim break though because my energy levels are mostly the same throughout the day, no crashes or surges of energy. Just level.

Next Dust Extreme, it's going to have 150 mg of Teacrine unless they decide to change that (they have not confirmed or deny but from what I've seen from them on social media, it's 150 mg of Teacrine to replace the DMAA).

Exactly right. The majority of Teacrine products right now are horribly underdosed. Having bought some bulk, I've noticed the 150-300mg range to be optimal. It doesn't hit very hard, but i find my mind to be really alert all day after a dose like that. It's pretty nice stuff when it's dosed well.

Meh, not a suitable replacement if you ask me. I do like teacrine from my use so far but it does not have the same punch as DMAA (not even close really). They also reformulated Dust v2 and dont care for that formula much either anymore

I think we are running out of options at this point also. I do like DMHA but it seems like that is the new Go-To and everyone is jumping on the bandwagon.

Be right back, gonna call the FDA, six scoop it, die, and ruin it for everyone. Of course I could also overdose on water but nobody cares about that. FDA GET A CLUE! The problem is abuse and can come from anything. If tobacco and alcohol is not outlawed then DMAA, DMHA, AMP etc should not be either. Of course now reading more I guess the methylated is what the issue is about.

I believe Redcon 1 is giving free samples of their DMHA pre workout Total-War, all you have to do is pay for shipping (1.99).

And our pre workout GameDay has DMHA, and samples are about $1 each.

Give em both a try. But Redcon 1 has Eria Jarensis in there too, So i'd try the GameDay to get a feel for DMHA itself before trying total war.

I had a sample of Out lift AMPED which has 50mg of Teacrine and it tasted very good and
the effects were even better and yesterday I cracked open a PW that has 75mg of Teacrine
and honestly I can't understand why people were complaining about the flavor of it cause I
thought it was decent but then again I'm old school and I don't drink PW for taste, I care more
about the effects but again I thought it tasted decent and I've had my share of bad tasting PW
over the years.

I think over the years, supplement flavoring in general have come a long ways. We are just a little spoiled I guess. Honestly, imo, preworkout drinks are not made for sippin' and socializing. Slam/shotgun the drink and go lift.

AMP-C over DMAA for me all day. GOW Red is my favortie pre right now....by far
