For me it was the initial taste, not so much the end/after taste. I had gotten the dragon fruit. It took me back to freshman year when I didn't know how to hold my liquor. I had the same problem w/ Muscle Martini. Just tasted like apple flavored vomit to me.

Orange Vomit is a little bit harsh, but yeah, it's... really bad. I'm no baby when it comes to flavoring, either.
I love it. It doesn't have enough trunk space for a lot of stuff I do because I bought it purely to be irresponsible, but it's a blast to drive and it's been problem-free for 42,000 miles.
Yeah, Blue Star gets a lot of love here but their stuff is SO expensive.***THE AFRO POPE: "The Man Who Never Gets Mad Online"***

^^That lol. I've also heard it described as those red hot candies. So basically cinnamon (or rather the cinnamon you'd picture when talking about cinnamon candy or cinnamon whiskey, which IMO is a distinct taste versus than the spice itself).

This (and other general comments people make about DOMS regarding changes to supps or diet or whatever) makes me wonder...
...how much DOMS do you all normally get, exactly?
For most of my lifting time I basically didn't/don't get DOMS. Right now the only thing that gives me anything easily noticeable is lying triceps extensions.

I still get DOMS after heavy squat days, but that's it.

Elix1r tastes like cinnamon gum to me. I like it, but it is a bit odd.

It's very rare for me to get DOMS anymore. I had it real bad when I decided to switch from a PL routine to classic bro-split, but that went away after a couple workouts and now I can workout legs with crazy volume and be good to go a few days later.

I'm guessing she had to be cut out of the car? Or was it somehow that bad and she lived

At that price it's great, for sure. I was referring to full price. I'm sorry, but anyone paying full price for that product is a sucker. Not saying it's a bad product, in fact it looks great. Just overpriced at full price.
I wonder about this too. I train my ass off, DOMS have not been an issue for me in years. I get them, but I can't remember the last time I had debilitating DOMS. I can come out of the gym feeling like I drained every last ounce of energy I have, and i can still move the next day. Even when I had bad DOMS in the beginning, it was never so bad that I felt I need something to help with it. By the time my schedule said to train the muscle group again, i was always good to go. Besides, diet diet diet.
Jesus man, she's lucky that was it. Scary stuff. Glad she's more or less OK.Squat and Deadlift
