I never buy from them because the flavor is so light. I had the caramel flavor and you can hardly taste it. Have the other flavors been strong enough that you don't have to limit the amount of milk/liquid?

Those feels when you cannot sleep. Depending how sensitive you are, might get cold sweats. I know these feels

fell asleep alright but it wasn't deep sleep and my heart rate was definitely elevated

Well 1 that flavor is called "Lightly" so what the problem is? reading comprehension 101 :P but you know as well that I 100% disagree with you on that flavor anyways the only Salted Caramel as good or better even on the same level is Quest's IMO so Rule1's of that flavor if I were to buy a Salted Caramel ( which I wouldn't ) it would be Quest or Rule1's I thought both were simply the best of the best on the market.

I have liked every rule1 flavor I have as of yet tried they sell smaller-sample size tubs tho so it's not like you can't cheaply try some of the other flavors they had the best Red Velvet I have as of yet tried as well and you know how critical I am of that flavor in general.

The Apple Cinnamon I like most blended up in milk with 40-60g of oat flour I feel it makes the flavor shine the best tasting and reminding me of those Quaker Oats packets of Apple Cinnamon Spice quick Oats. I have tubs of their Vanilla Butter Cake, Pumpkin Pie and Apple Cinnamon as well all of which I discussed at length in the past I like them all.

IF is a good tool and I use a "modified" version for myself. But, I agree listening/watching the less informed go on and on about miracle muscle building and increased GH output gets old quick.

LMAO, the fact that people follow celebs this closely blows my mind. Just like I am sure some of these guys put on 20-30lbs of muscle in a few months for a role naturally. No "supplements" came into play huh

Red Velvet was pretty impressive; Lot of flavor packed in there decently complex with a nice sweet finish, certainly more impressive compared to some of the others I have had ( I never had iForce cuz VT doesn't love me enough.. ).

Vanilla Butter Cake with a name like that I had to try it.. Who doesn't love Butter Cake O.o pretty sweet and cake like for sure.

There are so many excellent free resources online that I don't think I have read all that many books on programming. Honestly most of my programming knowledge came from reading articles online (some good, some not so good), talking to people who have been in the game forever, and self-experimentation. I eventually need to get around to reading Supertraining (keep in mind that book is technical), but I think that's the only big one on my list.

Big names Hotels are 20 to 25 bucks for lunch, which is not bad.
I stayed at a smaller hotel outside of the strip once, buffet was like 10 bucks.

Been to Vegas several times and have never tried the buffets there. Always done "celebrity chef" restaurants. Some have been hits (Gordon Ramsey) and some have been duds (Giada).

IFN mint chocolate chip is very good. Got my hands on some recently. If you like mint chocolate chip ice cream its definitely worth a try.
