Bloodshr3d is amazing for that mood boost/energy/focus. Have only been using the war edition but picked up a few tubs of the raw to try. really really like this stuff, and servings vs cost is dirt cheap even at 2scoops

Going to pose this question to Robs thread even though this might not be the best place to ask. For you guys/girls with good and in depth knowledge of programming routines, what books would you recommend to further ones current knowledge of programming bodybuilding programs/meso cycles?

VO2Maxima and kbayne - I know you two know your chit and likely have good input on this.

Mike Israetel mentioned a couple books at the end of one of the many podcasts he has done and I completely forgot what ones he recommended. One was by himself and he mentioned two others. I messaged him on ********, but idk how good he is about messaging people back, so asking on here as well for ideas.

Yeah. Like I said, been a minute since I have had DMAA so wanted to test tolerance, 1.5 scoops was golden but I know my tolerance to it builds fast-ish. So I will enjoy this and when I 'need' to go higher I will just cycle off of DMAA for awhile again. Also only using it on heavy days so it might stretch longer.

it was a pretty standard Arnold expo IMO. People expect companies to give them tons of free stuff for absolutely zero reason, and I don't understand why...ESPECIALLY at the Arnold which is like 50% people who have never used a supplement in their life.

I prefer the Olympia and always have.

First and only time I went to the Arnold was 2015. Seemed like I got quite a lot of samples, but it's really a good place to go for deals. Going with the intention of spending no money and just getting a bunch of samples is the wrong mindset to have. I went for deals and meeting the pro's.

Never been to the Olympia. Would like to go one of these years but it's not a cheap trip.

The food is outstanding there but pricey if you choose the well known chefs. It will get you. Some of the best are off the strip and not as bad.
