Starting the new year off right with some heavy lifting and trying out some new supplements! I'm going to be posting what I am taking and my workouts throughout the year so I hope you enjoy joining me on this journey of walking along the road of aesthetics and through the gates to the Temple of Swole.
Today I had an amazing Chest workout to start the week off. I was a little short on time due to having to squeeze in a session, about 40 mins, before going back to work but I was happy with my numbers.

All in all I can say its a good start to the year so far.

How do you like the Foundation Series?
Only heard good things about it.
I am using a Foundation item in my daily regimen.
It is the Green Tea Extract.
Can't really assess its efficiency, just as I couldn't assess the efficiency of green tea in a bottle, but I do feel it working when I take it on an emptier stomach - I get the same sensation when I drink green tea on an emptier stomach.
Just got tired of the taste, so I switched to capsules.
Getting to the end of my first bottle and liking it.
Great start of a log.
I will follow along.

Well right now I use the multi-vitamin, whey, and casein and I like the protein powders a lot. Its hard to tell if a multi-vitamin is working but I feel fine and it helps me to get all my micro nutrients if I haven't eaten enough throughout the day, which is hard to do a lot of the time because I am busy. Its a line you should check out for sure and Thanks for following!

Got a great leg workout in today, the Dust Extreme is making a huge difference in my focus and energy during my workouts. It is seriously noticeable.

I also did all my cooking for my meal prep tonight, took a while but it feels good seeing the finished product. My holiday diet was full of tasty treats that were clearly on the unhealthy side but starting the new year off right with some healthy eating.

Thanks, I've stopped using rice for my meals at home and have started using Quinoa because I like it better and it is just as good for you. I never count macros or anything so I eat when I want, mainly when I become hungry, and how I want but now I'm just being healthier about it. I try to food prep a lot because it makes things so much easier and it definitely helps if you have a busy lifestyle. I definitely recommend meal prep.
