Always take your time with knee injuries. I am trying to get back into running and my knees are whats holding me back. I can do sprints all day but long distance seems to be where I feel it the most. I know how it feels to have to take a long break from lifting them, it sucks but you have to do it.

Agree on the importance of working the wheels. I'm looking at joining a new gym, first thing I noticed on the tour, in the free weight area, were huge tops and skinny legs. Very noticeable and unbalanced looking. Yeah it's fun to pump arms but squats are where the real growth is.
I noticed your MT connection. I was a huge Nitro Tech junkie several years ago. Getting it mostly from whole foods now, however might get back in with the supps as cash is not that tight anymore. Keep up the good work!
