    Exclamation Working out back

I work my back out both on tuesdays and saturdays. I usually stick to the same routine or mix up a little but I've been thinking about a new routing. On one day workout for thickness and another for width. Would this work?

There is nothing special, or wrong, about training this way. But if your progress has stalled on your current program, then I wouldn't expect you to progress from splitting things this way unless you're also doing more work over time as well.

If you are stagnating mix it up... if not don't.
