Those are my tops. ETH is my core holdings. And im hoarding as much NEM and Golem as I can before catapult launches, and Golem gets added to Coinbase. Really hoping NEM hits $1 by the end of year, I think thats pretty reasonable.

transaction cost 12 dollars lol

Make sure you guys are aware that the cost to move ANS from Bittrex is 1 ANS, which if you arent trying to move thousands is a waste of money IMO. Also, you can only send whole digits of ANS to the wallet, any fraction of a coin will get lost.

Just got added to bittrex and is up 100%. I really like the idea of medical records being run by the blockchain, this was an idea I heard while researching ETH from a podcast (a16z on spotify has one really good episode on cryptos from only a few weeks ago). I like the idea- anyone else?

Looked at the ico but did not invest , healthcare is one the hardest industries to break in to. Google couldn't event do it with google health, not sure this will go anywhere long term but that's not to say you can't make some money on the token for a while

generally you can't send from exchanges because it'd be an exchange address so the person receiving your ETH wouldn't know where to send back the tokens

Status is way more hyped than wagerr , the wagerr ico has been going for a while now and people are only just catching on.

I really don't want to seem like I'm shilling NEM (the market cap is way too big for me to have any kind of influence anyways), but I see that attention has for NEM has died in the midst of all these new coins getting pumped (whether legit or dump remains to be seen).

Here's a good link to get you thinking about why NEM may be the best buy out there for long-term potential. It's hard to get Western news and updates on it since the team is based in Japan and seems to not care about updating in the first place. They are probably just working extremely hard to implement their software with all the companies they are dealing with.

No I am holding long-term

You can send send eth/btc to them from an exchange and they credit your account on the Wagerr site with the appropriate # of tokens

And yes, higher rounds, higher prices. I got in at 7 and 7.5 cents, debating whether or not to put some more in. They have raffles every 5 rounds or so where 10 winners from each round get 15k free tokens

Is there any direct link between all these big names in the EEA developing their private blockchains using the decentralised Ethereum platform, and the market price of Ether? Or it is simply market buzz and hype which causes people to buy into Ether when they hear these big corporations taking interest in Ethereum? These private blockchains don't even use Ether as gas, correct? So I can't see how the two are related other than basically pure speculation and hype - isn't that a little shaky as a basis to invest in long term?

Yes many people in here don't know what they're investing in.

ETH is the gas that powers the network .

The thought is that businesses would create their own gas, but that prob won't happen as the gas that people own - ETH - is the public blockchain.

I don't see why people would use other businesses' form of gas. There's no incentive but to make businesses more rich
