It's the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. I have found it to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But 200 pounds is always 200 pounds.

Mirin OP.
I bought some a couple years ago. Just been holding on for fun seeing what it jumps to over the years.
Exciting stuffDeath is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

Missed out on the bubble at this point. It might go over $1200 again but I think China is manipulating the market to profit off gains in the short term

It's just like stock shares. I only wish I bought bitcoins back in 2013 before FBI cracked down on that website and made bitcoin relevant.
Looking at the chart, it went the highest 1000+ in late 2013 to 200+ in 2015. A lot of people lost money. It's all a gamble at this point but what isn't ehh

One of my friends was an early investor. Dude had hundreds of these things when they were pennies. He tried to tell me about it but I just laughed at him.
Come to think of it, that's probably why I haven't talked to him in years.
Dude is probably a millionaire lmfao.

That's an interesting question but considering
x amount of bitcoin = x amount of USD means that USD holds value
Also considering that you made this thread showing your USD amount means that you value the USD more.
If you valued bitcoin more than USD, you wouldn't give 2chits about the USD value and would just brag about how much bitcoins you have.

Bitcoin is like Apple Pay. It's sort of cool and will have a cult following. But most people will never buy into it. Which is why the ceiling is lower than you think.

Especially for brahs who work at desk jobs in front or a computer. You can build a specially designed mining machine, plug it into your pc at work and hide it somewhere.

Sure mt gox and its investors thought their security was good enough as well
Reality, since I know some fund managers IRL, is that they are even less interested in it now than a few years ago. Your predictions aren't based on anything. In fact, they sound like a man who wants out. Negged for stock pumping.2023 bertie awards 2024 nominations
