Hey, so I am 15 years old and I know I don't know nearly as much as most on the site, so I'm always happy for advice, on the January 9th I'm starting a plan that goes like this. Freeletics running in the morning, after school Shortcut to Shred, in the evening Freeletics Bodyweight. Why do much? I love working out and in school I don't do much and I get a lot of sleep so my muscles have lots of time to rest. I want to do this because I want to go from lineman to running back for my school and I believe this is a good start, I guess I'm asking for advice. I am doing intermittent fasting as a diet and have done it for a year now. The supplements I take are Pre Jym, Pro Jym, Best BCAA, and Best Creatine. My maxes are a 210 bench, 255 back squat, 295 deadlift(hurt my back and almost full recovered so am not going to crazy with deadlift), and a 175 Hang Clean. Thanks in advance.
P.S. All my maxes are in pounds.
